Shipping Policy


In-stock items generally ship within 24 hours from the order date. 

Please note: that shipping times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, limited edition releases, and promotions.

Out of stock items that will be restocked can take up to 7-10 business days to ship. 

Drop ship items can take up to 30 days to receive unless you pay priority shipping. 

Shop Pay Installment items will ship the next day or when the item restocks. 

PREORDER items will ship upon arrival; please look at the estimated arrival date. 

Orders can only be cancelled if the items have not been shipped. Each item will incur a $20 cancellation fee.

Sequins and glitter items cannot be returned.  It is normal for glitter and sequins to shed. 

Colors look different on computer monitors and cell phone screens. This has to do with pixels, resolution, and the human eye. 

Sometimes recut items fabric and color are not 100% the same as the original product.  

Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are normally processed on the next business day. 

If your order contains multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will ship the remainder of your items upon restocking. A refund will be issued for items that will not be restocked. 

Shipping confirmation and tracking numbers are generally received within 24-48 hours of shipping. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable for any returned or refused packages. 
Store credit will be issued for any returned or refused packages. 
We will not issue a refund. 
If you would like the item reshipped, we will charge a shipping fee. 

We ship to all APO/FPO addresses using USPS. 

International customers are responsible for additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
