Shipping Policy

In stock items generally ship within 24 hours from the order date. 

Please note: that shipping times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, limited edition releases, and promotions.

Out of stock items that will be restocked can take up to 5 days to ship. 

Drop ship items can take up to 30 days to receive, unless you pay priority shipping. 

90 Day Payment Plan items will not ship until PAID IN FULL. All payments on 90 Day Payment Plan items are non-refundable. All payments must be received on or before the 90th day or you will lose all payments made toward the items. No Exceptions! 

PREORDER items will ship upon arrival, please look at the estimated arrival date. 

Orders can only be cancelled, if the items have not shipped. Each item will incur a $20 cancellation fee.

Sequins and glitter items cannot be returned.  It is normal for glitter and sequins to shed.

Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are normally processed on the next business day.

If your order contains multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will ship the remainder of your items upon restocking. A refund will be issued for items that will not be restocked. 

Shipping confirmation and tracking numbers are generally received within 24-48 hours of shipping. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable for any returned or refused packages.

We ship to all APO/FPO addresses using USPS. 

International customers are responsible for the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

If your tracking number indicates your order was delivered and you have not received your order, please make a claim with the courier.
